Before you start
How do I cancel?
Log in, open your subscription, hit Cancel. It takes effect immediately and you are never charged again. There is no minimum number of deliveries — you can cancel after the first one and keep the discount you already got.
Can I change the flavor later?
Yes, as often as you like. Swap flavors between any two deliveries and the price stays the same. A lot of people rotate through all six over a year.
What if it's more granola than I need?
Switch to every two months in your account, or skip an individual delivery and pick it back up later. Both are one tap and neither affects your subscriber pricing.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every subscription delivery, including your discounted first box. Nothing gets added at checkout.
When am I charged?
The first charge happens when you start. After that, on the same date each cycle, and we email you a few days before every renewal so nothing is a surprise. Skip after that email and you aren't charged.
How long does granola stay good?
Six months sealed, and the glass jar keeps an open one fresh far longer than a pouch does. If a delivery lands while you still have jars, skip the next one.
