How is the price set?
By how many jars are in the box, in any mix of flavors. Boxes come in 2, 4, 6 or 8 jars: 2 jars $22.00, 4 jars $39.99, 6 jars $54.99, 8 jars $69.99 — down to $8.75 a jar.
Where do I skip, change or cancel?
On your subscription page. Sign in with the email you ordered with and every delivery is there — skip it, move the date, change the jars, or cancel.
How do I cancel?
Log in, open your subscription, hit Cancel. It takes effect immediately and you are never charged again. There is no minimum number of deliveries.
Can I change flavors later?
Yes, as often as you like. Swap jars between any two deliveries — your price depends only on how many jars are in the box, not which flavors.
What if it's more granola than I need?
Switch to every two months in your account, drop to a smaller box, or skip a delivery and pick it back up later.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every subscription delivery. Nothing gets added at checkout.
When am I charged?
The first charge happens when you start. After that, on the same date each cycle, and we email you a few days before every renewal so nothing is a surprise. Skip after that email and you aren't charged.
How long does granola stay good?
Six months sealed, and the glass jar keeps an open one fresh far longer than a pouch does. If a delivery lands while you still have jars, skip the next one.
